Cape Schanck is recognised as one of the best conserved of the Australian Lighthouses. Tours of the lighthouse are conducted daily, including access to the spectacular viewing platform near the top. The lighthouse reserve includes the former keeper's quarters, now a museum, and associated buildings. The Head Keeper`s cottage houses a museum, while the other two cottages can be rented.
