Listed Below are the Cranbrook - Holiday Activities, Tours, Attractions - Find where to Go, what to See and Do.Cranbrook is a small rural and tourist town the Great Southern Region of Western Australia located about 320 km south east of Perth, between Kojonup, Katanning and Mount Barker which is renowned as the `Gateway to the Stirlings`. Cranbrook is service centre for the surrounding sheep and cattle grazing, and wheat growing properties. The great attraction in the area is the Stirling Range National Park which has 15 peaks that area over 900 m high and 50 peaks higher than 600 m. The spectacular drive through the Park on its serviced and graded dirt roads, is one of the famous wonders in the Great Southern area. The area has a huge diversity of flora and fauna. Get a copy of the Stirling Range Heritage Trail brochure, which provides an excellent map of the park and its major attractions and road conditions. Another interesting attraction is the small town of Frankland located about 47 km west of the Cranbrook. It is home to two major wineries - the Frankland River Vineyard and the Alkoomi Vineyard. Follow the Frankland Heritage Trail brochure and see the major attractions in the area including the Old School, the Old Frankland Hall, Andy Ronald`s Accident, Bokerup Homestead and Haynesdale School.
