Crowdy Head is a delightful fishing village and holiday town located about 10km from Harrington on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales. The lighthouse on the headland provides spectacular views of the ocean and coastline. The seafood co-operative at Crowdy Head provides fresh seafood nearly every day if your own angling efforts are unsuccessful. The beach at Crowdy Head is part of a long expanse of sand extending to Diamond Head Beach in the National Park. There is excellent swimming, fishing, diving, canoeing and kayaking at Crowdy Head. The best surf is at Crowdy Bay beach on the northern side, which is patrolled by the surf life saving club members. There is also excellent surfing and body boarding at Crowdy South beach.
