Currimundi Beach is a beautiful family beach that is patrolled during the summer months. Lake Currimundi, close to the beach has sheltered swimming if the surf is too rough. The lake and beach have excellent fishing. Catch live bait using a Yabbie pump, bait net, cast net. There is a fantastic 1.5 m walking track along Lake Currimundi to the beautiful Currimundi Beach. You can also enjoy the other Caloundra beaches - Dicky Beach, Shelly Beach, Moffat Beach, Bulcock Beach and Kings Beach. These beaches offer many activities walking, surfing, kayaking, body boarding, canoeing, swimming body surfing, kite surfing, or simply relaxing on the soft warm sand. Currimundi Lake Conservation Park offers picnics, bird watching and bushwalking and scenic lookouts.
