Fowlers Bay is located 32 kilometres southeast of Nundroo and 58 km southwest of Penong, on the edge of the Nullarbor, only 20 minutes from the Eyre Highway in the Far West Coast and Nullarbor Region, South Australia. Fowlers Bay has a rich heritage and a wonderful place for a holiday. Fowlers Bay is enclosed by huge towering sand hills and is a great base for whale watching. It is an excellent fishing spot as the pristine wasters of the southern ocean has an abundance fish, which can be caught from the beach, shore, jetty, cliffs or by boat. Fowlers bay also has a wonderful array of wildlife and birds including dolphins and sea lions and many terrestrial species in the Fowlers Bay Conservation Park that surrounds Fowlers Bay. Close by are `Mexican Hat` and Scott`s Beach that are very popular for surfing, swimming and beach fishing. Pristine coastal landscapes, spectacular beaches, rugged cliffs and huge sand hills are all features at wonderful Fowlers Bay. There is a wide variety of places to stay.
