It is 200 m high waterfall located in the Kakadu National Park, east of Darwin. The falls have a wonderful setting being surrounded by the red ochre of the Arnhem Land escarpment, featuring a plunge pool with white sandy beaches and crystal clear water. It is well worth the 900 m walk to appreciate this wonderful feature. While the falls are easily accessible by air in the wet season when the water is flowing and = the 4wd roads are closed, it is hard to get to the falls vehicle at ground level. The best way is to take a guided tour and time your trip to the right time. There are other falls in the area such as the spectacular Twin Falls.
