Kulgera is a small bush town surrounded by a cattle station that stretches for thousands of kilometres. It is located right in the centre of Australia, in the Northern Territory, just 21 km from the border with South Australian. The area is home of the Pitjantjatjara people and there are many aboriginal paintings at various sites in the area. You can explore the Goyder Stock Route by 4WD and see some outstanding scenery and local aboriginal paintings.
