The Slade Point Reserve offering good bushwalks and bird watching is over 73 hectares in size and conserves paperbark forests and coastal dunes. Visitors can walk through the reserve and explore the native flora and fauna. Lamberts Beach on the shore of McReadys Creek, and Slade Point are very popular fishing locations. There is a wide range of places to stay near the beach and there are many great attractions and recreational facilities in this area.
