Malua Bay is located on the Eurobodalla Coast of NSW, about 15km south of Batemans Bay. It is about. 2 hours drive from Canberra and 4 hours drive south of Sydney. Malua Bay is part of a magnificent stretch of beautiful beaches and small villages south of Batemans Bay. The beach at Malua Bay is very popular for its rocky headlands and excellent surf. There are a range of other secluded beaches within the area, so there are many places to choose from depending on the wind and wave conditions. Fishing and boating are very popular activities offshore and in the Clyde River Estuary and nearby coastal lakes. You can join one of the many charter fishing boats that operate from Batemans Bay for offshore fishing trips and whale watching cruises. Lilli Pilli Beach and Mosquito Beach are within walking distance along walking trails. The area has excellent attractions and facilities for a wide range of activities: You can scuba dive at the beautiful Tollgate Islands; Drive to Mogo for fabulous Devonshire teas, cafes, galleries, antique shops and beautifully hand-crafted goods. There are excellent entertainment and dining at Malua Bay Bowling and Recreation Club.
