Mannering Park is on Vales Point, at the far southern end of Lake Macquarie. The lake and surrounding area is a fantastic playground for swimming, canoeing, sailing, kayaking, water-skiing, boating or fishing from boat or shore. A large variety of water based activities are provided for, and there are excellent facilities fro other activities in the nearby towns and villages. The nearby coastline has some fantastic beaches for swimming and surfing. There is a wide range of restaurants and clubs to enjoy and lots of entertainment.
