Mylestrom (North Beach) is a small holiday village located inside the mouth of the Bellinger River. It has wonderful ocean and estuary fishing and supports a wide range of water based activities. The nearby beaches are secluded and very attractive and the area boasts an international raceway and Australia's most easterly vineyard. The wonderful surfing beach at North Beach (Mylestrom) is patrolled during the summer months and the river provides additional opportunities for fishing, swimming, boating and water skiing. The Raleigh Winery produces a range of white and light red wines. Myelstrom is the home of the Raleigh International Raceway - Australia`s premier go-kart race track. It is very highly rated in the Southern Hemisphere and in the top five internationally.
