It features the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park and the Cape to Cape hiking track. The closest town is Bunker Bay and further east, across the Bay, is Dunsborough and further east is the regional centre of Busselton. Cape Naturaliste is also the site of the famous lighthouse which was commissioned in 1904. The lighthouse is a 20 m high limestone tower that still uses its original first order Fresnel lens made by Chance Brothers tat produces a group of two flashes every ten seconds. Cape Naturaliste is also home for Naturaliste Charters that conduct Dolphin and Whale eco-tours in this area.
