Nerang is a former timber and dairy town on the Gold Coast Hinterland that is the gateway to the World Heritage listed Central Eastern Rainforest Reserves. Nerang is located in the lower hills of the McPherson Range and has retained its bushland charm. The villages of Springbook and Mt Tamborine and are nearby with their various attractions and facilities. The fantastic fishing, boating, camping, canoeing, kayaking and picnic and BBQ areas in the Hinze Dam area are also close to Nerang.
