Spring Beach is one of three delightful beaches south of Orford on the East Coast of Tasmania, located about 80 km north east from Hobart. Spring Beach is a very popular spot for summer holidays or year round fishing from the beach or rocky headlands. Lying between Spring Beach and Shelly Beach, is the renowned stone quarry used to supply the hand hewn stone blocks was used for Melbourne`s Law Courts. There is a wonderful two kilometre walking track along the cliffs between the two beaches.
