Turkey Beach is a tiny beachfront town located on Rodds Bay, about two hours drive north of Bundaberg. Turkey Beach is secluded and undeveloped, but there is a small shop that has basic supplies and fuel. There is some accommodation is available and there is a good boat ramp and the beach is hard enough to launch boats. Turkey Beach is famous for its reef, beach and estuary fishing. Turkey Beach is very close to the coral reefs to the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park and Rodds Harbour is an Anglers paradise and yields some of the best mud crab areas in Queensland.
