The many diverse wineries and cellar doors of the Margaret River Wine Region are located within a 30 minutes` drive from Yallingup. There are many excellent bushwalk trails around the township. Excellent fishing is available from the beach, shore, rocks or boat. The Yallingup surf break is renowned world wide, and there are many other great surf breaks in the surrounding area. The region has some excellent snorkeling and scuba diving spots including wreck diving at Geography Bay. The very popular tourist spot of Yallingup Ngilgi Cave is also close to the town.
